All ticket sales are final with no refunds. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual or upgraded (which requires purchase of a higher priced ticket, subject to availability, and refund of the previously purchased ticket) until March 1, 2020. The policy and instructions regarding ticket transfers are available on the ShowClix website (access the instructions here).
